I am so happy you’re here!

Meet emily.

It makes my heart so happy that you’re taking the steps towards restored health and wellness!

My name is Emily and I live in New Jersey. I have a 4 month old golden retriever named Tallow, who is becoming more and more my best friend every single day.

I am a full time self-proclaimed enthusiast in health and wellness and wholehearted believer in the power of balance. I am a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through AFPA, and a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner through FDN.

Emily is also a Certified Dietary Supplement Professional through American College of Healthcare Sciences and the National Association of Nutrition Professionals and a Functional Nutrition Expert through MindBody Green. She has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (she does not practice clinically at this time).

Emily is a Certified Pilates Instructor through AFPA.

My favorite things include rainy days, a sweaty workout, Mac and cheese, singing shamelessly in the car with my sunroof open (regardless of the weather conditions), dark chocolate, my daily smoothie, self development books, and my morning matcha.

I am so passionate about the intersection between physical and mental health and firmly believe in one’s ability to achieve optimal wellness through investment in the two. I have singlehandedly experienced the tremendous impact these foundational pillars have on our overall wellness, and I cannot wait for you to experience the same!

One of the most powerful tools I use in my practice is functional lab testing. These labs allow us to uncover hidden stressors in the body—like hormone imbalances, gut dysfunction, or liver congestion—that may be driving your symptoms below the surface. By getting to the root cause of what’s going on, we can create a more targeted, personalized approach that supports both your physical and mental wellbeing.

I collaborate with my clients through the lens of lifestyle: including (but not limited to) nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep hygiene, hydration, and self care. I feel as though these are some of the most prominent pillars of health and are foundational to wellbeing. I strive to collaborate with the client in acknowledgment of their life circumstances and environment. Sustainable, long-term wellness involves small habit changes in order to move the client closer to restored nourishment, vitality, and balance.

My philosophy is rooted in the marriage of behavioral change and awareness around mindset—another manifestation of the mind-body connection. It is essential that we are working on both mindset, as in preexisting beliefs about health, toxic relationships with food, negative thoughts that impact our physiology, how we see food, and so on, coupled with tangible, implementable steps in nutrition, exercise, sleep, and beyond. This is where true, sustainable success can take place.

I understand that the experience of making shifts in lifestyle can be daunting. It is my hope that I make the process enjoyable, comfortable, and through our relationship, you feel inspired to maintain these changes for years to come.

THE WHOLE BODY APPROACH TO A WHOLE YOU.

One size does not fit all. It’s about getting to know YOU, getting to know your circumstances, that promotes sustainable change.

Holistic health steps away from the prescriptive nature of medicine and steps into the perspective that each and every person is different and will require a different formula to create their own version of wellness.

Ask yourself:

“What does it mean to feel better?”

Got the answer?

Now, let’s go get that.

my “why”

We cheat ourselves of fulfilling lives by failing to prioritize our health and wellness. There is so much life to be lived — we lose that opportunity at the expense of our health and wellness. Our lives are meant to be energized, vibrant, exciting. And this is made possible through our habits and how we operate from day to day. Through my personal journey with wellness, I’ve single-handedly experienced how powerful lifestyle factors such as diet, hydration, stress management, sleep hygiene, proper gut nourishment, and more, can be on our quality of life.

A Glimpse into My Story

I spent a lot of my life having unexplained symptoms, low energy, brain fog, anxiety, lethargy, and to put it simply, just not feeling good. I look back and realize this was not normal and life could have been so much different had I applied the principles of the lifestyle that I lead now. I dealt with painful cystic acne, a weakened immune system, chronic sinus infections, and more which I learned in retrospect were all interrelated. I tried every fad diet, all the latest trends, the topical creams, the birth control, the medications, cutting out food groups, and more — not a single thing did anything for me, aside from making me feel discouraged and miserable.

It wasn’t until I began living a life that was centered on the intersection of physical and mental health that I truly saw a change and a significant reduction in and disappearance of all my symptoms - I truly reignited the energy and vibrancy of life that we all very much deserve.

I am so excited about this. And now, I want to share this experience with everyone I encounter - including you.
